DELIVERY
On completion of the edit we will upload the video and or images onto our system and send a copy to you via We Transfer / vimeo. We will then upload the edited content onto On Show Media’s YouTube channel and some content onto the “On Show Media” website. Any objection to this must be given to us in writing.
On Show Media will tag and optimize search ability online through our social media platforms and YouTube channel. Should you wish to advertise our created content of your property on your personal pages and website, we have ensured that the video can easily be embedded and shared on social media platforms. Should you require any assistance with a social media campaign please contact us for more information via our website.

When choosing one of our media packages you then automatically accept our terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read all information concerning our guidelines, terms and agreements carefully.
We thank you for your support and allowing us to showcase your property.
Additionally please note that our website contains numerous trademarks which can belong both to our company and third party companies. Using the logos, icons and service names is prohibited in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among our customers and will be considered a violation of copyright law. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notifications. Our company is located in South Africa and the laws of the country shall govern any interpretation of these terms and conditions.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Our website www.onshowmedia.co.za sells video, photographic and social media campaigns to help “show” your property online. The use of any product bought from this website is at the purchaser’s (buyers) own risk. The purchaser / user indemnifies and holds the provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through our e-commerce facility, namely the user’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances. https://onshowmedia.co.za currently makes use of PayFast, credit or debit payment method for it’s transaction provision using their securely encrypted site for User protection.
Show Media cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse our Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
ORDERING
All orders can only be done online https://onshowmedia.co.za/bookings via our online booking form. We do not allow collections, telephonic or email ordering at this time. Should this change we will update our site accordingly.
Payment is required in full on booking to secure your shoot day and time. On Show Media will try and accommodate postponements as far as possible and requests are required 48 hours prior to the shoot date and time.
PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
The pricing listed on www.onshowmedia.co.za/packages is the price you will pay for your chosen coverage. Promotions are advertised on the site and all payments are done via credit or debit payment method.
Additional travel costs may apply if your requested date and time falls outside of our coverage in your area.
